Super model Lily Cole is the star of band Yeah Yeah Yeahs music video, for new hit – ‘Sacrilege’.
In the somewhat controversial video, the model turned actress plays a rebellious small-town girl, who has multiple affairs with local residents.
Scenes from the video show a scantily-clad Lily, cavorting with several different men – even a married woman. In another, the actress goes topless – quashing her squeaky-clean image once and for all.
However, this is not the first time that Lily has stripped down for the cameras. In 2008, she caused quite a stir after posing naked for the cover of French Playboy magazine.
The track for the video, ‘Sacrilege’, is the lead single from Yeah Yeah Yeah’s upcoming album – ‘Mosquito’. This will be the band’s fourth album.
Speaking about the album, front woman Karen O, 34, described the recording process as a ‘roller coaster’ of emotions.
‘It was tough. There were dark times,’ she said. ‘It’s probably some of the most tongue-in-cheek stuff that we’ve done in a while.’
‘Mosquito’ will be released on the 15th April 2013.
